All nominations will be short-listed/selected by their relevant Diocesan or Religious Institute/MPJP panel. Short-listed nominations will be considered by the judging panels in accordance with the nomination criteria list under the category.
Nominations for the Spirit of Catholic Education Award will be judged by the relevant Diocesan or Religious Institute/MPJP panel. Nominations for the Aunty Joan Hendriks Reconciliation Award will be judged by a state-wide panel, facilitated by CEQL.
Once judged, the selected recipients will be endorsed by Diocesan Directors. Recipients will be contacted to confirm that they are willing to accept the award.
All nominees will receive a congratulatory email from the Chief Executive Officer, CEQL, a certificate in recognition of their nomination will also be forwarded to their Diocesan office or school for presentation.
Recipients (or one team representative) will be invited to attend a presentation ceremony at the State Launch event of Catholic Education Week.
